Many people asked how I got the name Inner Bliss. It’s simple really. I have a very busy life and was always looking or happiness based upon the outside world but when I began doing yoga I had very strong emotional transformations. I cried. I was insecure. I was happy. I felt safe. And then one day I felt something that was a mixture of happy and peace.. inner bliss. So, when I decided to open up a small yoga studio in my home I wanted to focus more on the spiritual and emotional aspects than the physical asanas. But balance is needed so I sat on my mat and I felt and hear ” Inner Bliss”.
It’s that simple. Now when I want to find peace I sit on my mat. When I am sad I sit on my mat. When I am lonely I sit on my mat. I find that my mat is my sacred place and the meditation and yoga that I do there is the true me. Learning how to bring this bliss into the real world is my next journey.
